📜 WAR REPORT: THE IDAGÂL CAMPAIGN

From the Desk of Captain Echelandir to Echelannia, Tactician of the Company

To Echelannia,

I pen this dispatch with blood-stained gauntlets and a weary heart, yet filled with grim satisfaction. Our recent mobilization into the darkened depths of Adagim has concluded. The Vanguard faced nightmares that tested the very limits of our resolve.

The shadows of the forest crawled with malice. We broke through swarms of monstrous, venomous spiders and chopped down twisted, corrupted Huorns that sought to crush our frontline. Deep within their lair, we confronted the great horror known as Agathar. The beast fought with savage desperation, but under the steady direction of our hunters, we cut the corruption from the root and left its carcass to rot in the mud.

Yet, our true trial awaited us under the burning sky of the Idagâl region. Word reached our scouts of a terrible Wyvern terrorizing the wastes. We marched southwest into the jagged canyons of Mûr Ghala, and there, circling the ruins near Ushumût (54.4S, 89.5W), we found the rare arch-nemesis—the ancient roaming threat drake.

The beast descended upon us in a tempest of fire and tail-swipes. I threw myself into the fray, shield raised, taking the brunt of its fiery breath to hold its terrible gaze. Beside me stood the unbreakable Guardian, Saural. Together, our heavy armor ringing under the dragon's claws, we stood as an immovable wall, refusing to give an inch of ground while the drake tried to tear our fellowship apart.

"Hear this truth, Tactician: the strength of Echelandir's Company alone would have faltered against such ancient malice. Without the noble banners of our trusted allies flying alongside us, the beast would have claimed our lives."

When our frontline grew weary, the steadfast companions of the Beram Kinship unleashed a rain of deadly arrows, providing vital breathing room. The brave souls of The Lost Souls poured life-saving mending and chants into our ranks, keeping our armor bound together. In the tightest hours of the clash, the reliable shield-brothers from Weltenbummler refused to yield, standing collected amidst the flames, while the iron-willed raiders of The Settlers of Grond struck the final, crushing blows against the drake's flank.

The Wyvern is slain. The skies above Ushumût are clear once more. The Company of Echelandir owes an immense debt of gratitude to our brothers-in-arms. Together, we have proven that cooperation and respect are the sharpest blades against the shadow.

Signed in victory and honor,

Captain Echelandir

Leader of the Company
